Need help with Stellarterm.com

I have an account with stellarterm and I bought some XLM on the site which I converted into BTC via vcbear.net asset listed on the site. I first wanted to withdraw the BTC from my stellarterm account to an external btc site but the admin told me that I need to go to vcbear.net to withdraw. Vcbear only accepts Japan/Hongkong residents to withdraw while I am from India.

I tried to convert the btc on stellarterm into XLM again then but it says there is no sufficient balance while I have balance in my account which is saved under the vcbear asset. I can even see it while trading. Why can't I convert it back into XLM when I had earlier converted XLM into BTC on stellarterm?

Please if anyone could help me, I would really appreciate that. If anyone wants to buy my stellarterm account, please let me know. I'll sell it at a discount.
