It seems POW is ended. but It is actually POS coin. Pow was for generation only phase. but according to the dev's announcement, miners should have 60% of total supply.
just check total coins and circulatory amount. you will find answer

The last Pow Block was mined at 10.000 - So mining is now only available by Staking/Minting in POS stage. Curent promotional PoS percentage   is 20% per year (reduced by 5% each year to minimum 5%)
