Without being an *** i'd like to ask the requirement to get on this exchange. Coz if Amc can make it to the exchange, but Uscoin was refused. And EZcoin didnt but Luckycoin made it, i honestly would like to know. This does'nt seem like it is based on miner base at all.

The owner has to want it there.

It's a private service, after all.  There's certainly no need for him to publish requirements or accept a coin he doesn't want even if half the world is mining it.

If half the world was mining a coin, though, I'm sure he'd trade it...  Shocked
