Selling 4.5 bitcoins i got recently, looking for paypal and yes before i get about 10 posts saying "watch out dengermoose!" i would like to say i know the risks but its only payment method i have at the moment selling at the avarage of 78 GBP per coin

Given the current MtGox exchange rate, 78 GBP seems a bit high.

If you'll bring your required price down a bit closer to MtGox spot, I'm willing to pay spot + 3%.  We can use escrow, or you send first.
