R9 290 hashtags and consumption??

What is the best possible hashrate(equihash and dagger hash) and power consumption I can get on a r9 290

I'm pulling 270-280w per card, doing 30.2 Mh/s. (Can get more (31+), but miner is in my bedroom, don't really like to sleep in sauna )
Undervolted -56mV (Aux -100mV) and 1125/1250 (core/mem.), temps. with water cooling 69-80°C (VRM1/2 80-115 °C, one card's VRM is hotter, don't know why)
