So the people that bought at 1 euro will be able to spend them at merchant and get the full value of 5 euro, and that is because of the fund.
This is clearly stated in the white paper, and since the exchange is one merchant the people that bought it for 1 euro will be able to exchange it for 5 there aswell for bitcoin or euros. So will be fun to see how people reject to that once they figure that out.

Titus project is really well funded and the whole purpose of the ICO was get people to get the coin, to use the number of people to get stronger merchant (and the merchant will get the EURO exchnage rate, (5 euro minimal) from Payens). This is because we want offline merchant aswell as online, but to get offline merchant like bars and things there need to be a big local number of potential customers.

The coins that has not been sold will be destroyed after ICO.
