Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!

You can say what you like but that article look biased as hell. I am hesitant to take anything they talk about seriously even for a second.

For example it complains about lagg but that is a limitation of the Bitcoin network that relies on other people to verify that a transaction is real before it actually takes place. The cheaper you are (less tip given to the people checking you) the slower it gets. Anyway you can see how this can cause slowdowns in a service trying to be as efficient as possible.

Its so painfully obvious that the ranter dont know head or tail about either MtGOX or Bitcoin and is the equivalent of an attention troll.

btc-e is annoying and badly designed. I don't use it.

There are a bunch of other exchanges. Nearly all of them accept wire transfers. Just pick one.
