So do we have any info about this campaign... Can we expect to be paid for our work or everything just stoped???
Stakes are being calculated now I think. It takes some time, because articles and videos have to be reviewed and graded. When this is done, the presale stakes will be published. I don't think the bounty CHI will be distributed before the end of the main sale though:

The simplest solution to this will be to distribute a token amount of CHI (approximately 50) to all private and pre-sale participants.

We need to be fair to people, and as per the original bounty thread post, reach is the most important. For that I'm going through gigabytes of web logs for each and every article submission. But, that's just one part of it.
There are some exceptional submissions that deserve to be justly rewarded.
I've also seen submissions that are nothing more than copy & paste from the white paper.
But, we're still going through them and it will take time.
At the end of the day, we owe it to everyone to take every submission seriously and actually

WATCH them.
