hello dear manager, thank you for your Ann: "In order to give you your CHI, you need to give us a CHI address first.
To get a CHI address, you'll need to install the wallet and create an address" however I have only one question - is there any deadline to send you address, I am asking because I am on holiday now and will be near laptop only on 7/08/18, have I time?

I don't know exactly what you've done, and can't give you a concrete answer. However, if you were playing around with the wallet, you may have started on testnet. Make sure that you're on mainnet. In the Overview in the XAYA Electron wallet in the lower right you'll see some network information. Make certain that you're on mainnet: But, that may not be the issue. You could have copied the address wrong. Make certain that you copy the address without any whitespace.
