Shapeshift: They change fees with no reason and as I didn't pay attention enough, I lost 50 percent on transfer and exchanging fees.

Which exchange has dissapointed you the most?

The most disappointing exchange that failed me is yobit. There's a lot of people that are even complaining and not only me it's tested and I don't want to be pissed off again by this exchange.

And so far there's no other exchange that are putting their service into disgrace, I'm just trying to secure myself by not putting all of my funds into such exchange.

The possibility of an exchange to be hacked is still there and that's why I'm not dragging myself to become disappointed by doing this act.

I lost coins on both Mintpal and Cryptsy (not a lot because I had developed the habit of withdrawing most of them, but still, you have to leave a little on the exchanges in order to trade).

I didn't lose anything on Vircurex because I'd ceased using them prior to their hack.

As for current exchanges - am a bit worried about bittrex. Too many reports of them disabling accounts, some of which have only very little money in them. No money laundering rules require full ID for small amounts of trading (it's only if you are withdrawing $2000 a day that you need to KYC), so something is very wrong.

It occured to me that we don't know who runs Bittrex, while we know who the CEO is of Poloniex, Kraken, Coinbase and so on.

To me my biggest disappointment is Bitfinex's removal of US support as I really love their margin lending feature which generates low risk passive income simply for holding.  That leads me to my real biggest disappointment which is Poloniex; they're so close to great but their lack of communication around the issues they've had was VERY concerning.  I wanted to keep some coin in Poloniex but I couldn't sleep at night.

Bittrex, today they charged me 6 dollar for sending ordinary 40 dollar worth of bitcoin, that's what happens when a company is preparing to failing.

I will put my bet on Poliniex. Their support is great disappointment for me and after they removed the trollbox, Poloniex is going down.

I stop trading there as even the lending section stopped being so attractive.
