I’m trying to convert usd to xrp on changelly.com but when I get to the credit card part it says they do not support USA customers. Is there something I’m doing wrong and is there a way to get around this?

i guess they dont curently suport usa customers and usa ip has been restricted to their service. so i suggest use a vpn or virtual private network to change your ip to another counrty so that you can use their exchange. or you can just use another exchange to save your self from hassel.
