Who told you i used other name/s?

As mentioned i own the 2 accounts and fully registered to my name.

PP allows 2 accounts such as personal and business paypal account using the same name..

I did not violated TOS from paypal if you just read thoroughly their service policy.

And my paypal don't have negative balance.. 

I am using it for my business i just thought i might help some other people out there who can't accept PP payments and send them to BTC or to other PP accounts.
