avalon 6 half dead pls help

Hy , my avalon 6 is mining only half.
On the second board the led IS Green but the controler board show 28Gr. celsius temp. the hasing boards show 65gr.
I open up the miner and change the conector from controler board and the problems is the same, the board no working.
The miner is running now on the average 1,7Th/s
 pls help.
On the controlere board from the inside miner i have 2 led Green and one is RED.
The big led in not there (is mising  from controler )
Led from boards is the same green.
from the back on the miner the demage boards is the right on.

Error code 4 means that your board is dead. There is not much you can do about it.

where is this code show?
is the DNA collon from rapsbery pi?
today i want to open and take out the board demage and take a picture from them. maybe some one see samthing to repair.
I have good skil to electronics but not on SMD .

I killed off a six board I popped a cap and that could be fixable .
