Why bounty campaign already ended? Didn't it should be running until ICO end which will be on March 1st (STAGE 5)?
It was quiet long already and token holders already can withdraw their tokens. So team decided that it will be unfair for bounty participants to wait for such a long time for their reward.
Make sense, but how will you calculate "Token supply" for bounty amount since ICO isn't finished yet?

Please, note, if max cap is not raised, the amount of tokens for BTT bounty will be amount_sold/157,839,279*3,000,000=total bounty reward.
In other words, we must wait until ICO end on March 1
st to know how much exact amount for bounty reward, right?
