how can I use tokens?

Option 1

Receive interest from your tokens:
At the end of a business year 30% of the Company’s profits will be divided between investors depending on the amount of tokens they are holding.

Option 2

Receive interest from your promissory notes:
After the end of the ICO exchange your tokens for EBS notes in order to receive additional 36% yearly interest from your invested funds. You can also select other companies’ notes presented on the EBS Platform.


Option 3

You can also sell your tokens after the end of the ICO to receive profit right away.

The promissory note is an unconditional order for payment that is accepted throughout the world. On the EBS platform notes can be emitted, sold, bought or exchanged in accordance with international bills and notes laws. This means that, among other things, investor’s rights are protected by law. All transactions and exchanges within the system are done using SMART CONTRACTS and the BLOCKCHAIN technology: nothing can be stolen or falsified, all operations are transparent.
Security is one of the strongest aspects of our project. Investor security is guaranteed by bills and notes laws. The security of operations is ensured by smart contracts, and the security of transactions is ensured by the blockchain technology.

The main document which describes requirements to using of promissory notes is Convention Providing a Uniform Law For Bills of Exchange and Promissory Notes. This Convention is ratified in many countries of the world, for example, Brasil, Japan, Germany. So this countries adopted their own laws about promissory notes, but this laws are very similar becouse of Convention.

None of the crowdinvesting platforms existing today provide any serious documents for their investors which could help them defend their interest in court in their country of residence, or in the country of the emitting company. EBS proposes a totally new strategy: companies will be able to set their own financing policies, and the investors’ investments will be legally protected.
