Electronic Bill System (EBS) is a new hybrid crowdinvesting platform: it incorporates both online and offline services in order to provide for and support fiscal relations between businesses and investors. The liabilities of companies are supported by promissory notes, which ensures the safety of investments and that investors can defend their interests in court.
None of the crowdinvesting platforms existing today provide any serious documents for their investors which could help them defend their interest in court in their country of residence, or in the country of the emitting company. EBS proposes a totally new strategy: companies will be able to set their own financing policies, and the investors’ investments will be legally protected. EBS is offering guarantee obligations for the investor in the form of promissory notes. Payouts will be made according to the terms set forth in these notes and in compliance with the company’s financial policy.

Our main goal is to make our platform truly large-scale, international and borderfree. We're also planning to create and expand a network of our representatives in all member countries of the Convention providing a Uniform Law for Bills of Exchange and Promissory Notes . This will make our services friendly to those who prefer paper form securities. Our platform is to make it possible to freely trade promissory notes without the third parties involvement. The deals will be made directly between the investors using secure transactions in crypto-currencies.
