You will get 1,000,000 SHIT tokens back to your address once your transaction is mined

You will get error if:
You forgot to set gas limit to 80,000
Somebody used this faucet in the last 10 blocks (3min) Check here
Your address already used this faucet before
You attempted to send 0 ETH (but any tiny amount is ok, this can be as small as you want)
