So a mailing list for ICOs?

Could be useful, but I think I'm going to stick to bitcointalk's section for now. And how are you going to determine which ICOs to feature?

We look through few factors. ICO campaign itself and it's ratings, team, technology; cap for ICO and bounty budget; the bounty program itself.
Also, we divide letter into two main parts - projects with classic bounty program and projects where you can get free tokens just for registration

Is there any set of rules and boundaries that the company follow to ensure that the bounty campaigns it sees and pass over to the mail subscribers are legit, trustworthy, and above all, profitable? Profitable in a sense that the ICO comes from a reputable source and the research will see that it will become successful.

We carefully choose all bounty campaigns, but of course, we can't promise that this or that project will be 100% profitable (and there's no ICO that can promise that), but we do our analysis due to our experience and all bounty campaigns are from ICOs with reputation and good chances to be successful. This would be a good way of knowing the latest bounty campaigns. I try to look for some campaigns but there are many campaigns out there it is hard to sort out what are the new and old ones so the subscription to your site would be best. Seeing that others are pretty satisfied with your service then might as well subscribed too.

How do you take care of external influences? Isn't it possible that when and if your site (services) get popular that you may market or promote for the highest bidder? As in promoting an offer just because you have been induced to do so by the company behind the ICO? Who takes responsibility if your pick is a failure? What happens when people take your advice and invest in a fraud? Do you really have a competent team to critically, objectively and analytically make a good choice of crowdsale? You have to know that bounty hunters are not just promoters but many are investors.

Very interesting initiative, but in my opinion just list of active Bounty campaigns will be enough. If not list of all campaigns, then just list of 5-10 the most profitable campaigns. It should be enough, and it can be made even in some forum thread.

Well, in fact this is exactly what we do - choose 4-7 interesting campaigns and send it out to our subscribers every week.
We also participate in bounty campaigns ourselves (and also build and do structure for those who want to launch bounty campaigns) and lists are not always  comfortable to work with, but also of course a good tool.
