As the title says, what do you think are the most needed skills in blockchain / cryptocurrency space? I've done some research reading some articles (especially this one:
https://angel.co/talent-hacks/how-to-get-a-job-at-a-crypto-startup) and browsing jobs with requirements for them. My conclusions so far are:
- the most desired people in blockchain are obviously
programmers and developers as they're technically skilled people and are indeed needed in this tech space
- analytic people (financial, data)
- consultants / advisors on the blockchain strategy for markets (I've found a good description here:
https://cryptoconsultant.com/consulting/)
- writers that write focused articles and research on certain topics
- marketing, promoting ICOs and company launches
- researchers (found something like this:
https://boards.greenhouse.io/polychaincapital/jobs/831451#.WeUGXlu0OUl)
There's probably more to it. Are you interested working in those areas perhaps?
