Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.

In the gambling world it is very common, only if it it used to play poker not any games that are 100% chance.

Surely if you were good enough at poker, you would already have a solid bankroll system in place and not need a loan in the first place? How anyone could lend you money is beyond me.
