Many account is disabled is bittrex with non clear reason after 10-11 oct 2017.

They just write "Your account is under review and we will contact you when the review is completed. Please do not open duplicate tickets, as this will not lead to a faster resolution"

The Reason of this doing is not clear .. we will contact with FBI and other international Police for checking Them.

if your account is blocked and disabled in oct 2017 please reply in this topic.

Together we solve this unprofessional Action from this site.

My account was also disabled since 4 days ago. No decent response, I have enhanced verified my account which has been approved and nothing. I am seriously worried about losing my btc/altcoins

Account with enhanced verified also got disabled without any prior notice  Shocked
This thing looks quite serious, I will be moving most of my alts and bitcoin from there. My account is working normally right now and hope they will process my withdrawals.

It was surprising but they need to do this for their business too so I can't blame them, if you'll just do as they say you'll be fine soon. And base on this statement from them https://support.bittrex.com/hc/en-us/articles/115002187632-Statement-on-disabled-accounts this is the number of users that got their accounts disabled.

That percentage that was given to them is just an assumption for them and I don't have any idea if that's a real number since they don't want others to panic and pull out their funds to them. They don't process unless you'll comply to what they want to happen. Just follow their verification stage and you'll going to be re-enable soon. It's not just a simple renabling thing but they have due process for it.

Your account was approved and what do you mean by nothing? You should be well now if you think that nothing has happened.

You'll not lose your bitcoins nor alt coins to bittrex unless you broke their rules but with the disabling of accounts they are giving those people to do something for enabling their accounts.

Compliance is the answer for those traders that got disabled.

Maybe because you have not increased your account level to "BASIC" or "ENHANCED"? I just checked my bittrex account and I can still access it without any problems.

we will hears some accnt closed and there is no any reason about bittrex side . weill see whats happens and read it think their offical ann. if they want to do .
my acc is still active BTW

The problem is that JUMIO accept all documents instantly , but  bittrex  shows " There was an error processing your documents"


Jumio started process

IMAGE_INITIATE_NETVERIFY

and after 5 minutes

JUMIO_SUCCESS

....

its a bug or something, but imposible lifting teh verification level

That's a long time for a week, maybe they can't cater all of the enhance verification processes as there are thousands of users that are affected of it. You just have to keep on waiting so that you can can be verified soon. And have you ever tried to send another request about it, just email them again.



Faster and reliable? But why is papampi's verification is still on queue for a week now?
