Hextracoin scam? If not why not refund our BTC?

Hextracoin recently hot during ICO, they have a lot of plan for improvements their coin, well 20$ on Next month and 50$ on December. Nice!

I deposited BTC to Hextracoin.co, but not possible to buy HXT coins, and for now my BTC stuck on their site. They said I must try to buy at least 50 HXT during this ICO for withdraw able my BTC. Crazing rule !!

Also from the site, everything is very simple. Only login form, no development plans, no developer members, no contact us form, no about us page, no twitter, no support team? what wrong with them?

In just 27 seconds, my order was cancelled as the coins were sold out. Really? in 27 seconds? WTF! my bitcoin is sitting in your website and can't transfer it back because you require us to buy your coins first which is completely impossible the way you set up your ICO. Hear from your investors! we are your customers and we want to support your company, but the way you treating us and the way you provide experience to us is so rubbish! Wow can we help you grow your company if your not letting us do our part as your investors. I am so disappointed! We as your investors don't deserve this kind of service.

Your website crashes, cannot process coins. I think it is just hype they are doing it to show that how popular their coin is. I have already invested in RegalCoin and also westerncoin and it was smooth I have lost trust in Hextracoin and don't recommend anyone to join this as this is not worth the frustration and time that you spend everyday to get their coin it is like you are begging to them and I hate begging!

Worst Experience, if they cannot have a scalable website what are they going to provide a platform for lending just think about it, they just sit on our Bitcoin for last few days and enjoying it.

Cant buy coin even when done fast and correctly within 5 secs for the past 2 weeks. BAD GATEWAY error! for 6 min. BTC held cannot withdraw unless you have 50HXT that you cannot purchase!! Spread on YOUTUBE not to invest in this. More headache than its worth. If its like this now, whats it like when its live.

this is the worst ico ive ever seen they say they are fair but its been a week plus since i funded my account to buy their coins but haven't been successful for all that time which makes me think that in away of the other they are scammers who cant even allow us withdraw our money from there fake platform

I can't login after I deposit my bitcoin a week ago. I sent out multiple emails and messengers and they ignore me completely. I can't even purchase any of their coins nor get my refunds back. Hextracoin service is SUCKS! I want my btc coin back since you can't fix my account. Worst service...ever!!!!

HEXTRACOIN = REAL LIFE NIGHTMARE! Sent over 0.5 BTC on 10/03/17 and still unable to buy due to them intentionally blocking purchases. This is not an internet issue, I have T3 and using a direct ethernet connection to laptop they are controlling who gets what and when and if you have a larger amount of BTC in your wallet likely will be the last to receive since they intend to profiteer from the upcoming fork and your money. If they really cared about distribution they would allow anyone with some BTC to start off with 50-100 coins and then move up from there allowing the whales to come in after. The messages any potential investors will expect are whoops, bad gateways, 500somethings errors, temporarily banning your ip address, etc. Clean your crap up Hextra! if you intend to be a legitimate company do not scam your customers with impossible buys and holding their BTC wallets hostage! Will be happy to give a better rating if the 50 coin hold is removed or site actually allows customers to buy. Since you are obviously targeting and specifically banning certain ips as I have, that have multiple tabs etc. you can obviously stop people who have thousands of shares and allow those with none to actually have a chance!

And a lot of complains but not received any message from them. Damm

So it seems its all fake, they are most like not only stealing our BTC but possibly taking our BTC and crediting toward their own buys for the HExtraCoin.

This coin is a straight up scam and again, I urge people to not take part in it.

I really do not understand how people fall for scams such as these.
No single information on their website, which in the first place may not even mean anything, but nothing at all tells a lot. What now made you to ever think of investing in such a blank ICO? I will advise you just forget and move on. Apparently, you must have learnt your lessons now before joining any ICO.

A lot of people do not even know how to research. And it is always a pity that newbies in the crypto community are always falling for this kind of scams easily. Someone comes up about an ICO and give you an address to pay to promising you heaven on earth once the project loads and you then fall for it without proper digging. Then any loss in that process is obviously on the person who fell for it.

The problem is that many people look at earning quick short term profits and take a risk without doing proper research which leads them to make such careless mistakes. The success of regal coin and youtuber promotions is what led many people to invest into regal coin. Invest only what you are willing to lose.

I was able to get 50 coins one time only after trying everyday. Then I was able to access my wallet and transfer out the rest of my BTC today once ICO was completely sold out. However my BTC I transferred out was sent back to the Hextracoin address it came from for whatever reason, but the BTC does not show back in my BTC holdings on the hexacoin platform (in my BTC wallet). The blockchain verification of transfers shows all the info. I have no idea how to contact Hextracoin to assist getting me my BTC, any contact email or support link? Thanks.

One thing i can tell you, if you actually look at the thread. Most people who comment are accounts that has less than <12 activity ROFL. They are coming from the other coins like Regalcoin/Credence or etc.

And they are misslead by the top management of the coin. (I wouldn't call it a DEV because they do nothing other than promise a coin in X value in X months)

I think you can chat Hextracoin manager on Hextracoin thread to receive detail information I think it's no scam you must wait and positibe thinking

Everyone should stay away from HextraCoin or something with lending model like that. They received btc or money from the newer to pay for the former.
