The guy's clearly lying (about having multiple offers), is ticket scalping, does not keep his word (went to sleep them magically increased the bid start price) and spamming everywhere. He also has many fake accounts which he uses to flag any posts calling him out. Mods then delete my replies thinking it was many people flagging my posts when it was just him. He is dishonest, spamming, using fake accounts and lying about offers and auction start price.

He contributes nothing, only here to make money off the community for doing nothing but submitting his email address, lies and spams. Also he is running a concurrent auction and WTS.

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

shit, if people are going to pay him 9+ btc (even .5btc) for nothing, let them go for it.

but thanks for betting the word out. i hope threads like these die with no bids.

bear in mind we have very little proof kncminer is real besides orsoc and they are not exactly a big company.

Last post, scammer tag requested https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=227961.0
Stop using your fake accounts to flag my posts.

I fear he is using multiple sales and lies to get impulsive people to buy just because of fake buzz.

wow...really nice of you....
1.please show me the multiple accounts? Every reports to delete your post came from my only one account. Ask John, gmaxwell and miningbuddy!

2. ask John if i had contacted him for escrow before i had made the very first post for selling the preorders:

Hello John,

SebastianJu wrote me, that i can ask you. I am a Avalon Chip buyer at his first batch oder and i am writen with him very much since a few weeks. I am from germany how him, too.
I have 3 Preoders for the first 1-500 KNC miners.
From knc Mail: "The desired goods: KNC Bitcoin miner numbers 1-500".
2 of the 3 pre-orders  (531 and 532) i would like to sell through an auction here when KNC opens the payments and when its proven, that there are legit through the openday.
I dont want to scam anybody and how can be the best way to prove that me and the 2 preoders are legit ? I could send you my ID card and forward the original KNC preoder mails.
I would like to sell only that preoders  and dont want the money from someone for the miners itself.
Could you please help me?

Thank you for an answer.

3. Ask the highest bidder if  he wrote me this pm:

OK I do a BID now at 5BTC

Uuhmm can you provide us in the highest bid in the public thread?
Or keep me updated 30 min before the end of the auction on friday,
at the end the price will dramatically go up. Bidding has no really
sense at the moment for the deep stacked people.

4. Ask Litebit (he  worte me a PM before the auction)   if have we have sent as this PMS a few minuts after i have moved this topic to the auction section:

If you're not using your numbers I'm interested.
I can offer 2 BTC now or the first 24hours of the unit's hash when I get it.
Let me know. Cheers,
LiteBit

You are very lucky that it isn't posible to modify posts. i have forgotten to make a start price/bid with 3btc.

I thought I saw on there that you wanted it at .5 btc increments and nobody had bid yet.

Tell you what, if nobody else wants them I'll give you .5 btc for each and throw in the first 24 hours of mining goes to you.  I just want to order some products and get them in a timely manner.  This whole process has been very frustrating to a lot of us who want to order these but can't because we didn't go to there site in April. And we have to pay for something free.

Keep me updated.  I'm watching the topic.
Cheers,
LiteBit

5. Ask Sam from KNC if i wrote him this mails and got this answer.

and now you really fucking kid? i think you have an iq under room ambient temperature!!!!
You are a real stalker!!

As you can see i am new here, and have locked of couse YOU the topic, and at this time i did not know how i can
unlock it, i thought, that i need a mod for it:

Hello you 3,

first thank you very much MiningBuddy for deleting Bitpop's last post !

I have a question with my 2nd thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=226719
Peoples asking  me i if could do it as an auction to be most fair.
But the problem is that i don't want to make more forum users  and moderators angry here and make an 3rd thread as an auction.
After the last message has been deleted, i have locked the frist and the 2nd thread.

Now i dont know what to do. Is it better that the thread will unlocked by one of you, i will leave it in this subforum
and modify the thread to an auction?
Or is it better to delte this whole thread  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=226719, make an new thread in the auction section and unlock the old one https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=224935 to modify the link to the auction?

Thank you very much.

Sorry LiteBit and all to want take part to this auction. I slept and thought about my forgotten startprice and i have decided to make a startprice
of 3 BTC for each spot, because i have allready bids if 4 and 5 BTC in PMs. Pleoples asked me if  can  do it as an auction to make it fair. So if all particpants  and who had write me a PM and wanted that i am fair, then its only fair when i am insisting for the forgotten startprice.

Well,
NEW auction start with startprice of 3BTC

You can't do that.  If you have PM bids higher then they move the auction price and you post them on the topic, not change the rules.  Otherwise you don't post or start a topic in the Auctions section, you start a topic in the Goods or Digital Goods section with your terms.

So you need to post your PMs in this topic for all potential bidders to see.  That is a definition of Auction.  BTW, I withdraw my bid per your new terms and because the previous auction obviously ended with you not holding to the original terms.

Note to kncminer... if watching these things... THIS PROCESS OF TRYING TO ORDER YOUR PRODUCTS IS VERY FRUSTRATING!  Potential clients are being turned off by people not involved in your project or organization but that have the power over who gets your products or not.  VERY FRUSTRATING!
