Total time logged in ... not adding up

I have spent more then four houres on this forum, but time stays at 2 houres.

You need to refresh page in every 1 minute.

You cannot leave the computer as forum will log you out after 15 minutes of inactivity. You will have to stay on computer and keep opening threads

You cant just be logged in you have to be reading and moving around in the forums reading different threads.

Just in case you didn't notice, your total logged time is listed in the left top corner of the page, like this:
Otherwise, i think a click every fifteen mins or so (refresh or new topic) is enough to keep the timer going, so if you're reading some long wordy topic, click the refresh button
