That doesn't seem to be any kind of private key/ public key, nor a seed.

My guess is that that key is from some kind of online wallet?

Could be that private keys were different years ago, but i'm not so sure of that.

You should move your thread to -> https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=4.0 Technial Support..

Well, that could be a mind wallet phrase, for example if you replace all numbers by words (i.e. "one" instead of "1" etc). But are you sure that this "crypto" is really connected to cryptocurrency?

I think its impossible to get a  9 digit as private keys and i think you are holding only encrypted code you need to find a way tools that can decrypte that can help.. Or maybe you are using some encoder before and you just didn't remember it yet?
You can try this link and decode your 9 digit and maybe you can find here the solution https://codebeautify.org/base64-decode
You may also try also the other tools there to decode or decrypt your 9 digit and maybe you can remember that you just encode your private keys or seeds that turn into 9 digit..

Thanks for the link, yeah I know it's not a priv key for any coins standalone wallet but I figured it was for some kind of online one. However I may have placed this in the wrong folder by mistake aswell but I thought I'd ask around and see what I hear to be safe

I don't think I've ever heard of brain wallet, nor do I usually encode. I'm fairly certain it's nothing, but I'm going to throw a thread up in the technical forum to be safe. Absolutely nothing is coming to mind for me for it so if anything I can't imagine it's more then dust.

3x3 numbers have a coding power of 10^9 (= 10.000.000.000).
I dont think this is related to a private key/seed anyhow.
Any android mobile could bruteforce those "keys" in a very small time.
Maybe its just a reminder for a password or anything? or for a word? each number = letter in alphabet?
