I think there are refunds that happen in some occasions but for an accidental purchase, I think it is the fault of the user than the company. I'm sure there will be some kind of 1st warning and 2nd warning to ensure the customer of their purchase.

How do we even get a trackrecord? I have been fond of using Apple store and google store, i've seen the differences and the benefits I get from both.
