Your mistake lies in the comparison between Electroneum and Bitcoin which is clearly not suitable for Bitcoin at all.

Electroneum is not being designed to take over anything. It is designed for a specific use and that means in that area, yes it will be better than bitcoin. Bitcoin is designed as a currency and not as much a specialized task. Also, bitcoin will be at the top for a while and will eventually be replaced by something better. Think about how phones have evolved. Anyways, electroneum is big, but will never take over bitcoin because it is not designed to do so.

Electroneum is successful ICO's but I never expect that they can surpass the bitcoin. Maybe they can increased their value but they can't overtake the bitcoin price. However, their capacity to be one of the trusted coin was in there, but to be one of the top coin in crypto currency in digital community I doubt with that.

I think bitcoin is more higher/highest cryptocurrency and most popular than electoneum because bitcoin is always first place than ETN so that bitcoin is most better than others. For me it is impossible that they didn't know about bitcoin. no , i think most americans have known bitcoin and they are already recognized it as an online payment system because bitcoin is actually originated on the us countries and about electroneum , i see that it is popular and many people are investing on this ico because they see that it has a really good project and will probably have a good future ahead but it cant still surpass the legacy of bitcoin because bitcoin is still the primary coin and heart of blockchain ecosystem.
