Mist or geth super slow to download database

I am only 28,000 block behind in MIST. I can not say it has ever went well downloading the database but now it's worst than ever.

It is downloading one block per minute, that is crazy.

I tried to download it manually with command line but it still the same speed.

I have really good internet and no problem with bitcoincore or other nodes.

Any advice?
