Look at the block reward, it's 0.01. With 120 second block generation, assuming you are the only one mining at all times, you will get 7.2 coins in a day. Masternode requires 1500 coins, so it requires 208 days of straight mining where you get all the rewards to create 1 masternode. Dev has 1% premine, which is roughly 67 masternodes, so he is effectively 13,936 days ahead of everyone. People should really be doing this basic math before deciding to jump in on a coin. |

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.
