Question about Electroneum Purchase? I Bought 15k only received 15

Just wondering if your full ETN that you bought shows on the dashboard. I bought 15k and shows I only have 15 ETN on the dashboard, but I see sum folks on youtube that show their full balance on the dashboard. I double checked the transaction history and sure enough it started enough BTC to purchase 15k ETN. Does anyone know if I got scammed or will I receive the rest on 11/1? -FYI new to the crypto space and learning as I go. - thx

My full amount shows on my dashboard. As suggested you should contact their support, I don't think you've been scammed.
