POS wallet mining

I just want to know if it is good to have your POS wallet balance on multiple addresses or just one?
And why do my spendable and stake balance keeps on changing, how can I put whole of my balance to stake?

I've opened a POSwallet account but on the dashboard I only see one coin, POSW. There's supposed to be a list of available cryptos, I see only one. Is there anything I do wrong, do they need to be added manually in ones wallet or is it some issue with the site? The announcement talks about massive changes underneath. Someone else has the same issue or a possible fix? Thanks!
