Trying to catch latest news I started to join discord and slack servers, follow a lot on Twitter and joined a lot of channels on telegram. I'm still filtering the huge amount of noise but... I still miss something. So, if someone know where I can find these, thanks a lot (can be anything - slack, discord, Twitter, telegram, mail, RSS, etc, etc): - announce (real time) the latest ANN topics from this forum (and tokens ANN too). I know there's already a Twitter bot from ubiquitous, but it's not working for some days ; - latest news from all coins (or as much as possible). Like some Twitter account that retweets everything (real time) or something like that; - post changes to exchanges. Like new pairs, coins removed, coins temporarily disabled ; - a place where people share ASAP newest leaks from coins. Like those infamous "signals", I mean slack screenshots, code leaks, etc. Thanks guys LE: After a week of no good answers i decided to do my own bots. Here is my reply with server address - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2281884.msg23379534#msg23379534

Just follow the corresponding boards here on the forum. Anything noteworthy about Bitcoin written in the news will likely be posted here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=77.0

Like you said, there is a huge ammount of noise/shilling in lots of those places. I go frequently to all of them, specially the offcial slacks/discords, and if you can filter that noise and turn it into usefull information I think those are the best places to get first news, because well, they are official. I would add reddit too, there are some good general info in there. Better than this I would say get close with the project team to get some inside info becasue I dont know any other reliable and better sources of news than the people behind the projects.

For me i was enough using the google news because news are really fast indexing in google.. just type bitcoin in google search engine and click the news you will see latest news about bitcoin updated.. If you are just using 1 news site you will be late because of knowing about bitcoin because there are some news are appearing in other news site than the other.. So to become updated and get new extra and latest news google news would be effective to know the latest..

I've found this site -> http://coinmarketcal.com/ pretty useful to keep updated with the latest news of most coins. It includes new releases, community things, dev updates, and much more. For both bitcoin and several altcoins. Edit, seems the site is down right now, I'm guessing it will be up soon though, to give you an idea of how it looks see https://web.archive.org/web/20171013100111/http://coinmarketcal.com/

There is indeed some good advice in twitter but you have to be very careful because there are some "experts" that seem to work together and like to promote coins that they already have or bought recently. Often I check their recommendations and to my surprise they are up like 20% or more in the last hour/day.

Thanks for the answers but I already knew all of this. I will try to make my own bots with all the things I need and If I make it I will post the result here later. I still need some place where people post info ASAP from different sources (like screenshots from dev. slack, tweets, leaks, etc). If I don't find any I will make my own place, free forever

I think any news, or rumors, will be discussed on the forums, as people always share and discuss all the events to either calm themselves down or check.

So after not finding what i was looking for i decided to make my own (kinda) bots. I've made a discord server (invite https://discord.gg/zXURQZa) with a lot of cryptocurrency channels and some bots: - coin-announcement - an automatic bot that post new coin announcements from Bitcointalk;
- reddit-news - an automatic bot that post new posts from MANY subreddits - list of subreddits in channel description;
- cryptopanic-news - latest news from cryptopanic.com;
- twitter-news - an automatic bot that post new tweets from a big list of Twitter accounts that post interesting or important news or retweet coin pages or others;
- exchanges-news - an automatic bot that post new tweets from major exchanges;
- latest-changes - numerous bots that monitor different coins and exchanges and announce changes in volume, twitter mentions, price etc. Use with care, maybe some data is result of a pump;
- liquidation-bot - liquidation action monitored by some twitter bots. You can monitor those and watch when whales dump or buy HUGE amount of coins. Or just for fun. To understand better the act of exiting a securities position read the pinned post;
Of course everybody's invited. I hope i don't break any rules by posting invite address to the server. If so, i will promptly delete my post. Thanks

Did you create it by yourself or use any tutorial? Please share it in PM, if forum rules don`t allow to share it here.

Trying to catch latest news I started to
Well, feeds/RSS/Reddit channels/This discussion board/bitcoin news websites (most is trashy but some are decent)/news agencies with filter word Bitcoin. That would cover 99% i think.

Most part of the bots are made using ifttt (an website, Google it) and some with bots found on the internet. I just sorted them. For a crypto fanatic the bots are pretty good, you can keep track of anything new in crypto. Ps. Bots do lose some info though, like 1 in 99 tweets is not shown, but It's enough, I think
