Hello,

I have open 4 tickets to Poloniex, the first one 12 days ago about missing deposit and they never answer, what's happen ?

It's the beginning of the end like Mt. Gox ?

Thx

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

Sorry to hear.  Are you in middle East?  Bittrex has a similar story recently https://www.cointelegraph.com/news/bitcoin-altcoin-exchange-bittrex-eyed-with-suspicion-due-to-thousands-of-mysterious-account-closings

Forget it they will never answer.
I've had tickets in there for several months.
They are oblivious to any support ticket about deposits/withdrawals. I've heard you might get lucky sending a more generic ticket...

Those guys are dead to me and I (and many other pissed off users) would advise anyone to stay away from Poloniex. They're an absolute disgrace.

It was the same with Cryptsy. They all start with minor problems, and people ignore them and then they go under and people lose millions.

Poloniex has been citing "growth outgrowing their support staff" as an excuse for pathetically horrible support response time for most of the past YEAR now.

This is ONE of the reasons I stopped using them.

They also dropped their "chat box" which seemed like the only way to ever get a support ticket paid attention to....

Bittrex works though I am not fond of their interface.

I don't have experience with a LOT of other exchanges though - Bittrex, Poloniex, Coinbase, and used BTC-E for a short while in my early days.

Once they dropped their chat box I moved most of my funds off of their exchange as well. While it was annoying at times, I figured the troll box would provide the first clues of any big issues in case I needed to act quickly. Now with no immediate feedback mechanism to warn of impending danger, it could very well turn into a Cryptsy type situation.

I know I should move all my coins off, but they do have a couple of unique markets I still like to trade in. It is a very small amount so if they do go under, while it may piss me off, it won't really be a significant loss.
