I bought from ico and I dont receive my tokens like you, but the team are actively work and responsible, I hope they release our tokens sooner, but I do not call them scammer.

Same thing happened to a friend. I also heard about some people that have had their miners delivered to their facility and haven't heard from them since. I'm not one to bend the ear to every accusation out there, could be competitors or something, but in their case, with all the complaints, I think it's fair to say they're shady, at the very least.

They are pioneer in what they are doing within the US and Washington State.

Delays are due to Inspectors mostly. (PSUs from Bitmain not UL Certified and not approved by inspectors) And they've been very regarding during all steps of the PODs building. 7 City inspections for each Pod.

It has not been100% transparent that is true. We were kept a bit in the dark at the start but now that the First 2 Pods have been Final inspection approved it will go much better.

You bought end May. I bought mid June. It is coming soon.

Each step, each pod need to be inspectors approve. It takes time & GW is not in charge of everything. Gov. is in charge also and sometimes they slow things down.

- 2 Pods are running.

- 1 Pod waiting final inspection. (Where our gears are maybe)

- 1 Pod is Hardware deployment. (Or here for our gears) and will then need:
  . UL listing inspection
  . Correction Based on UL Inspection
  . UL Labeling
  . L&I Final inspection - Occupancy
  1 week total I think.

- 6 Pods are under constructions.

They are late (8 weeks maybe at the end?). Very late but It is not a scam.

Why would I do that ?
It's a great project for the crypto community and the decentralization of the mining space. It gives people like you, me, and others the possibility to have their rigs host in a safe environment with vey small fees and very competitive electricity rates.

I support them all the way. I will never complain to the Gov.

This is a LIE. Batch 1 and Batch 2 tokens have been issued. People are renting out their tokens AS WE SPEAK.

I understand you are upset that you're tokens are not issued yet because there is a delay.
But what you are saying here is completely false.

And seriously everyone, if you have ever been involved in a tech project, a couple month delay is far from unusual. It is not ideal. It does often reflect a mistake in planning. But it is also completely normal and perhaps even the defacto standard.

If you're the type to over react and panic and not able to sit through a few months, then seriously, any sort of investing, beyond day-trading, is just not for you.

Last thing: Giga watt has acknowledged their mistake and offered you (and everyone else who bought a miner) free shipping to send your miner to any place you ask. You can send it to another facility. Or you can send it to your home. They made a mistake. They have been fairly transparent about it (just a little slow to announce). They are offering to send the miner to you. And they are working 24-7 to get more pods up. What else would you have them do? They cannot circumvent the inspectors.

The SEC regulates security instruments, like stocks. Some coins are security instruments, because the coin is just a speculative instrument that carries a significant risk of loss of investment.
Some coins, like WTT, are not securities because they have an actual purpose besides being speculative instruments. Therefor, the SEC does not care about WTT, imo. Why? Because anyone buying WTT is led to believe that their purpose is one of two things: 1) to get discounted space at their facility and 2) to rent out to other people for a profit.

#1 is like a Sam's club membership. You pay a fee. You get some credentials (an ID in the case of Sam's, a token in the case of WTT). And you use the credentials for access and discounts.
#2 is like a house. You buy a house and then rent it out to other people for a profit.

Neither of these is considered a "security" because the profit from the investment are not expected to be generated soley through the efforts of the third party. You are actively involved in the use of your token and you play a role in any profit they might make for you.

GigaWatt is mining right now. all you have to do is look at a big litecoinpool to see that they are one of the biggest LTC miners on the planet at the moment.

You chose/choose not to take that offer. So your miner is just sitting there.

They made an HONEST miscalculation.

Your WTT money is in escrow. Your miner is available to you whenever you want it. As far as your WTT, you can sell them if you want that is up to you.

You need to calm down and start using logic instead of emotion. You're not thinking clearly. Or you are just completely out of your competence.
