Wait what? The article itself doesn't say anything about its title. It's basically just endorsing Bitcoin debit cards. But yeah, if we do want more shops to accept Bitcoin, these debit cards are an important step for the future.

It is so nice that now I can spend my bitcoin in shops. I am able to use bitcoin in purchasing my needs. Because there are so many shops now that are already accepting bitcoin as a money in exchange to the product that they have. Bitcoin is now accepted in our country.

i wish there is more shops accepting bitcoin for the payment but I think I am not comfortable if we must use bitcoin debit card because maybe it will have more fee when we use the card. I am prefer to use our wallet to scan the code and send directly to them than using the cards. but its good news to us because we can use the card and maybe we can try it later if there is any shops in around us is accepting bitcoin too so we can know how to use it.

Not very interesting but maybe in the future it will be better where bitcoin facilitates payment in real form, I think the most important is bitcoin can be legal in every country as second alternative payment besides paper currency

The more shops recognize bitcoin and accept them as a form of payment, the more valuable it will be. Those shops that accept bitcoin know its value. However there are still concerns and problems to be solved before it can be widely used in our daily activities. The day will come soon

How will the Bitcoin transfers work in shopping? Will it be instant, like it is when we make a cash or credit card payment? Or, will it require waiting for a confirmation time? If that is so, it won't really work.

Exactly, why would I used the card when I can used my wallet and just scan the QR code if you are going to used it. This will defeat the purpose of bitcoin as mode of payment. So its like we will have another third party if you are going to use a card, so this also is against the design of bitcoin. Well we all love to see that a lot of shops online and local will accept bitcoin as payment, this is all our dreams. However, if there's a third party involved that I will not be using it. Would rather used my CC for it.

While this is not possible, but some companies have done this, but this is all at the level of trust without permits, and therefore illegally, and go to the market buy for bitcoin in the ranks of the private trader, it is unrealistic.

Right, if a country lets say accepts bitcoin as second alternative then its gonna be easy for bitcoin to be mainstream. A good example is Japan, which we all know have already accepted bitcoin as legal tender so its like a second currency beside their traditional fiat. And I'm sure that its gonna be easy for their citizens to purchase things with just their bitcoin wallet on hand. Maybe in the future when all countries has really adopted bitcoin, we can go shop online and used it as payment alternatives. However, there are still barriers that we need to overcome, like the fees, the current exchange rate, confirmation times. Goodluck to all of us and we really hope that it will become a reality.

I read this article and the idea of bitcoin debit card is something really out of the box which if given a thought can change the future of Bitcoins. If these bitcoin debit cards were introduced local merchants would not hesitate to accept bitcoins as a mode of payment.I am really looking forward for this bitcoin debit card to become a reality.

I really think it will still need a second application system to sure use bitcoin in shops, and just like paymaya that is a virtual credit card that you can use my bitcoin wallet had provided a same thing to transfer bitcoin to this kind of technology so you can shop online, or use it to shop in supermarkets of department stores if that shop had a QRcode reader you can surely pay using your bitcoin.

Yes it would be a very good payment option for those who don't want to use credit cards or cash for large purchases. Once it becomes more popular among vendors then we can see the availability of btc payments everywhere.

True, debit and credit cards use to dominate online mode of payment and if they want to stay that way they have to adapt to cryptocurrencies since the times are changing and cryptocurrencies are proven to be more efficient as a mode of payment online.
