"Create Digital Backup" button does nothing

I am trying to create an Encrypted Digital Backup, but when I click the "Create Digital Backup" button. A popup that says "Unlocking Wallet: 0%" pops up for a split second and then nothing happens.

The wallet is empty, not sure if that makes any difference.

Armory 0.96 (Windows 64-bit)
Bitcoin Core version v0.15.0 (64-bit)
