Using Qtum as its platform could give this a leg up on Patientory at least in the short term. Yes, I agreed with you but I think with updating and developing continuously, in the future QTUM platform will not inferior to Ethereum platform .

What I do know is there are lots of healthcare blockchain projects such as Patientory, Hashed Health and Gem. But based on my research, and probably as you know, the healthcare system in US is too complex. So the strategy(according to what I've asked to MediBloc support about
this issue and got the answer on their strategy) and is to implement MediBloc system in Asia first, and extend our project to US and Europe!
