Hard cap means the company will get more money but it will need more demand for the pump.

If they reach their soft cap, it would be way better for investors. They can continue project but also price can grow a lot.

I know that tomorrow tokens will be unlocked and they will be traded on HitBTC. I know that they also work on adding to other exchanges.
