There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

I like and have long used jaxx. Multifunctional wallet that can store altc other than eth. You can download in playstore.

Coinomi is also a multicoin wallet, that provides Ethereum address and supports tokens. It works on- and offline. You even can export private keys.
Myetherwallet.com is not an android wallet, but you can use it also on your mobile device.

If you are comfortable with online wallets, then choose Coinbase. They do have an Android and a iOS App and have the same functionalities like the BTC and LTC wallet. Besides that, there is also price chart and widgets.

If you do try to read it again on what being said on op he did say that he feel uncomfortable on using web wallets and we all know that coinbase is an exchange wallet which we dont have the access on out private keys and i would rather choose up myether wallet than on this one. It would already enough for me and for op if you do really like to try something else then try jaxx same as suggested above.

once you have to try coinomi this also multi coin saving wallet so you keep save in to this wallet. because here we have to need information about this  wallet actuallyt ethereum wallet is good to use and it can providing security so for that reason we have to using this wallet and it can opens in android mobiles also. most of the people interested to open in mobiles only because they have to carry with them any time. and it can provides security to our coin.not only ethereum some other wallets also try to setting like android mobiles.

I wouldn't recommend online wallets like coinbase (only myetherwaallet). Coinbase doesn't provide you private keys. Coinomi was for me the best wallet, but there was a thread about them, that they would have leaked addresses or connected addresses or sth (not private keys). Didn't understand the issue. I still use it for my tokens.

i only use coinomi. very simple, easy to use. although it supports multiple coins but I only use to store btc, eth and claim the coins from hardfork that occur in bitcoin like bitcoincash, bitcoingold and segwit2x later. overall, I'm satisfied and there's never a problem sending or receiving ETH through this platform/application.

If you are not Android user who is asking here you dig the thread already died. If you want to use myetherwallet create a own thread do bumps as like you wish.
But making posts in others thread with out proper information or giving unwanted bumps will not all tolerated by the forum moderators. Please show the interest in the actvie thread to avoid this congestion.

I use coinomi, but the handling with tokens is bad. There is no visible wallet and inApp order history. Is that on jaxx better handled? I recommended Coinomi,  because it is usually easy to use, but they should improve tokens visibility, that we needn't search each time for our tokens.

etherium is definetly the best wallet for etherium and other kinds of altcoins or token. you can always use it even if your on mobile or android devices but if you just like the downloadable application then id suggest get a coinomi wallet because it so far the next best wallet next to myetherwallet that also supports altcoins and tokens. the only advantage of coinomi is that it has a built in exchanger like shapeshift which is much easier to trade your coins to any other currency but keep in mind that coinomi has a  much bigger fees when sending or transferring funds to another  wallet.
