Eventually everything turned out okay. I had to remove MTB as custom token and then add it again. It seems to happen more often at myetherwallet, but since this was my first time I didn't know that yet.

In many cases when you receive tokens you have to add the data (name decimals etc) inside your MEW yourself in order to see the tokens properly.

Maybe it's not myetherwallet fault and probably it's because some error in sender server and the transaction not successfully triggered.

I got them! Removed MBT and added MBT again. Yesterday it didn't work, but today it did.

Everything is allright now.  

So its working now.No problem.I think there was some error in the contract code you enter while adding custom token.Please check when you are adding custom tokens the next time.

Through bounty work I earned some MBT (Multibot.io). Very decently they have sent all the payments. The sending shows successful at ethplorer.io. At myetherwallet.com I have added the custom token succesfully. However now after two days the MBT's are still not showing in my wallet. Amount should be 650 MBT, but it shows 0 MBT.

What is going on and what can I do about it?

You are advised always open your etherwallet in private window as google do not save history in private window. you can save your wallet from hackers.
You can also check your balance in your Etherwallet without login through etherscan.io with following command in google it is safe as you do not use private key.
