Alt coins not arriving in my Etherwallet

Through bounty work I earned some MBT (Multibot.io). Very decently they have sent all the payments. The sending shows successful at ethplorer.io. At myetherwallet.com I have added the custom token succesfully. However now after two days the MBT's are still not showing in my wallet. Amount should be 650 MBT, but it shows 0 MBT.

What is going on and what can I do about it?

The team cannot help it. They sent it. Ethplorer says my balance is 650 MBT. However myetherwallet doesn't show them.

Writing this I think I could try sending them to another etherwallet. See what will happen.

Nothing 0 MBT cannot be sent, is myetherwallet's logic.

Please, you can try to provide your ethereum address? and I can try to make an investigation with your mbt. Be careful because a lot of the phising site and scammers in these days. The possible thing about your token already sent into another address or it means you might get hijacked.

Somehow it might be the network problem but in your case if ETHplorer.io is showing the tokens has been sent, but when you couldn't see it in your MEW, perhaps the contract haven't get deployed? I am not sure perhaps you could give the support a mail to check it out

I see mbt already entered in your wallet, so in eth wallet you have some alt.

I got them! Removed MBT and added MBT again. Yesterday it didn't work, but today it did.

Everything is allright now.

Nice to hear that your problem is no solved. next time just ensure that you have entered the right details when adding a custom token on etherwallet.

Sometimes you have to re-add indeed, I've had it before as well (with the right info).

Don't be too worried, there may be some problem. I think you should check that transaction, maybe the address is not correct or the gas fee is too low causing the transaction to be delayed. The second thing is that you need to review the altcoin information when you add it to myetherwallet, check the contract address, decimals and symbols to see if they are correct. Make sure that the information is posted on their official website or requested by the manager. If you still can not, you should ask for help from them

I had the right details. 

Yesterday I removed and added the token three times without result. Only today it worked.

Well, at least I now know the trick for the future.

It may be due to your wallet got hacked by someone. Now a days there are lot of phishing pages and when you enter your private key in that page, that key will go to someone else. So from now try to access your account in private mode of browser. That will not save your history and will prevent you from getting hacked.

Can it be seen on etherscan.io ? Sometimes my ether wallet has some issues with nodes, it may not up to date or you didn't received those coins.

Maybe someone already knows your wallet address and they have shipped or sold all of that MTB. No one can access your wallet if they do not have a key to open, so that error may be yours.

This is my only perception maybe that happen that something wrong the number of your wallet or lack of of letter's or numbers when transacting to your altcoins,so many things happens this that they said,when they investigate they find out that they are mistake.or maybe something know's the number of your ether wallet and he jeopardize your coins.
