Once hard cap is reached, that means that there are no more tokens left to sell. It is not possible to create more tokens once they have all been sold. If hard cap is reached, then the token sale ends early.

and then the token will be on exchanges?

it is supposed it will be available for exchanges tgen

but they aren't on exchanges immediately, are they?

With this edition of our newsletter, we’d like to give you a summary of our project highlights for January. So far, 2018 has been fast-paced and eventful — expect many more announcements and partnerships moving forward!

Pre-Sale Success

We successfully raised ~$12,000,000 USD during our pre-sale that ended on January 21. With over 1,000 contributions from 80 different countries, we’ve raised a total of 10,300 Ethereum, which at the closing market rate was equivalent to $11,850,781 USD. This means that we already have 21,396,597 FTX tokens to be distributed to our supporters. Thank you again for your support!

FintruX Hits the Road

Seoul. We thoroughly enjoyed our roadshow in South Korea! We presented FintruX Network on January 18 at the Token Post Blockchain January event, and on the 19th at the Blockchain, Cryptocurrency and Beyond event. Speaking at these events along with several other blockchain companies, start-ups, scholars and community leaders from all over the world was a great experience. We’ve been able to extend our network of contacts in the Asian market and we’re looking forward to much more expansion in the region in the months to come.

I think so, less than in presale. If I remember well was 5% but I'm not sure.
