It is really strange situation with Belarus. I don't understand too, why this country is in black list. It's interesting to hear a reason of that decision from managers.

I'm not sure what could be the reason for the exclusion of Belarus.
The team has to be sure each state is compliance with the crypto regulations.
I'm not sure exactly what's the issue with Belarus, I guess there's a good reason why it was restricted.
