I doubt Theymos exists... Never ever did I get a reply! So annoyed by this forum once in a while... Nobody gives a shit Sad

If Theymos is real and if he (or she) reads this... Please correct me Smiley

http://pp.screenshotlink.ru/v4584/a/r1pjIr4Q02o.png

Messages sent to Theymos: do take notice of the extra prove I posted on twitter... There is only one 'devnullius'... Nobody else in the world uses that name and I posted my twitter link virtually under each and every post I made...

Theymos, could you restore access to my account pretty please?

https://twitter.com/devnullius/status/919585144142475264

I know proving ownership is tough, but the case is very clear here and I think above tweet and the screenshot will prove beyond doubt that I'm the one and only Devvie Nuis aka Devnullius. Especially notice all the bitcointalk posts where I write my twitter handle...

Thanks? let me know if I need to make a DONATION...

Thanks!

Devvie

THanks Sampey - keep my C.A.T. safe please Smiley And I hope Theymos can help me soon too... Pretty please! : )

I will send back the password in 2 days as you don't need this one.
Maybe I can get a compensation from seller.

It's pretty laid out what/why is accepted as proof of ownership, not sure your proof is proof or it is too time consuming.

When the subject of buying BTC with Paypal comes up, I often remember this:

Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.

Have you tried to message Cyrus to retrieve your account? If not, then do send him a message as well. But include a signed message proving that you're the real owner of the account and it was compromised.

Your message to Theymos does not contain the required information.

You need to sign a message from a staked address or your message will be ignored.

Oh, that one is new for me... That might work for me... I think? Will read the link next Smiley

Post-edit: I don't get it :/

Can somebody help me? I don't have PGP for gmail (so I don't have any keys there) but what other signing options are there? I should look for a wallet address I once posted and if I now can do a signed message in that blockchain, that will prove my ownership of bitcointalk account 'devvienuis'?

Somebody said my method was more cumbersome and too time consuming... I feel mine is easier though...

I verified through my twitter (twitter.com/devnullius) - it is under virtually every first reply I ever made on a thread.
I can verify with sending an email from devnullius's account (gmail).
Just look  at my English and the new guy's English (he now has removed his posts).
I have CAT Sampey owner confirming that I am me.
I have my IP address... And if BCT wouldn't log out whenever another pc logs in... I would still have gotten access to my account... Just throwing that out here : )
The thief also admits it's not his account in PMs here on the forum!
I'm in the middle of supporting and promoting CIF. This can easily be verified on scforum.info & again on my twitter.
There is only 1 devnullius on the internet...! And if somebody can unlock / unban profile 'devnullius', that would work for me too (never got an answer then either ;-()

I mean - how obvious can it be? It's me, le Devvie! Smiley

ooooh... I had a light bulb moment!

Would this work?
http://pp.screenshotlink.ru/v4584/b8/mldLGVx2EIE.png
IT JUST DAWNED ON ME! I still have my local copy of CAT... It has all kinds of private keys, public keys and I don't know what kind of keys Xd Surely, that is the most convincing proof you can get? Keys to all my exchanges... ;-)

Right??? THIS COULD AND SHOULD WORK FOR ALL OF US, RIGHT? PLEASE? Sampey has many keys of me in his database. If I can confirm those keys... We are good, no?

hi, yes i've disabled the C.A.T. license  Wink

Sorry but sometimes people just keep going on without pausing to ACCEPT the forum EDICT that Theymos posted.  Either you WILL sign a message with your previously staked BTC address or your request will be summarily ignored.  That is the established "black and white" that Theymos has posted.  All the other hoops you want to use as proof don't meet the one absolute that is known to all members who want to protect their accounts for re-capture.  Can you provide that or not?  If its NO then, unless for some reason Theymos makes an exception never made before, you will need to move on.  Hopefully others reading along here will immediately go and stake a BTC address with their signatures NOW to avoid your plight.

Any questions, just click on my signature and see how easy it is.

But I can do even better: I have all API keys and stuff from my exchanges: verified with C.A.T.! I'd have to check all my messages just to see if I posted a btc address. Probably not. Does it HAVE TO BE a bitcoin address where I sign? ANy other crypto of which I posted an address off could be good to if I sign a message there?

And another question: in general: is signing a message on the bitcoin blockchain something that can be done after you lost your account - as long as you have prove that you own the bitcoin address by posting is somewhere? Or does the message signing have to happen pre-loss?

In general... It really surprises me that bitcointalk has no problem protecting users that are actively selling stolen or hacked accounts... One would think one would take some kind of minimum pride in their forum and professionalism... This just tells the world: if you can steal from us, GO AHEAD! We don't mind Smiley

Thanks for the feedback!

Sign at least one of the bitcoin address I highlighted then send it to either theymos or Cyrus. You can also post it here sp that DT members can see it and paint it red temporarily. In case your wondering how I did it then check this out.

P.S. Don't expect your account to be recovered right away since there are more important matters that the admins should prioritize. It might take days, weeks or even months as what others said who is on the same predicament as yours.

P.P.S. Follow the standard procedure. No need to elaborate that I think.
