Hey guys I'm only getting 9k th/s on one of my S9s. I have tried to find info on it, but I havent found something close to what the chips look like here. Here is my screen cap. Any help appreciated. https://imgur.com/a/ztZ35

One of your boards is bad. You will have to pay if you want it repaired.

Stop buying industrial miners, running them at home, and then complaining about the noise.

That blows. How do I go about doing that and getting it out? Any idea on what they charge for something like that

Any S9 sold this year has a 180 day warranty. If you are still in warranty just go to your bitmain account and submit an RMA. Otherwise you would have to contact a place like bitmainwarranty.com. They have you send the system in, they diagnose it, then they give you a repair price.
