i don't see why bitcoin could not reach that amount, who could said some years ago that bitcoin could reach 5k$ this year?, obviously 20k sounds a lot, but if things goes "fine" with all those "new things" like LN etc etc, why not?.

Also no, i can't see some of those alts with that price, especially ETH, people still didn't realize how bad is that alt...ofc is only my opinion.

I believe the value will explode in a couple of years. What do you think all the potential investors with real serious cash are going to do, once Bitcoin reaches $10.000? Sooner or later, we'll see an influx of the big guys, wall street gets onboard, banks, state money, etc. We're still experiencing the startup period, the increase in value we're witnessing now is just a glimpse of what's to come.

Good words. I personally doubt Bitcoin will reach $ 20,000 in 2 years .. but we know that Bitcoin ever reach the number 10 times in a matter of a few months or approximately 1 year. Let's see in the future what will happen to Bitcoin sometime in the future. Bitcoin may indeed reach that number, but it may take more than 2 years. This is just my opinion.

what OP puts in his post is a clear advertisement by a bag holder of altcoins and thinks people are too dumb enough not to figure it out.
many are like it though, they think if they hold some shitcoins like Dash and ETH and XRP they will become rich just because bitcoin price is rising they should follow! but the reality, or the ugly truth is that most of these altcons won't even exist in 2 years let alone be worth that much.

for example a coin without a cap and with a huge supply can never rise up to be expensive. you can see how much Ripple is worth after all these years. ethereum is no different than ripple in that regard with its no cap supply.

it is a very simple supply and demand law. it may sound dumb to you at first but it real and works in the long term.

The market is good.. at least for now. If it grows the way it is , we could see $20,000 levels by 2020. Though, for that to happen though the same market conditions need to continue which might be the hurdle. There are many factors that will influence it in the future. The forces that be will not let that happen. OR they will join the bandwagan whereby monopolise it for their gains. Government intervention, acceptance and bans are another factor that will be influential.
This prediction, however, is just a advertisement for altcoins. Those levels for altcoins will not be achieved.

Well bitcoin price fluctuates daily and many users adopts into bitcoin. So this means bitcoin demand is increasing and I am confident it will reach maybe after 2years. Who knows, because actually its hard to predict the actual value.

IMO, Bitcoin to be $20,000 in year 2020 is possible. If BTC can rise almost 400% in 1 year from 2016 to 2017. I don’t see why it can’t rise another 300% in 2 years.

Let's check out btc history.
2 years ago bitcoin had price about $250.
A year ago it was around $700 and now is $ 5700.
Based on this growth, especially last year, it is possible that bitcoin reaches $ 20,000 and much more.
But, it's very difficult to predict such things.
Many things can happen, like some negative news again from China or Morgan, and price can fall again, you never know.
In the long term, I believe that price will continue to grow.

definitely btc can reach 20k mark but not in such short amount of time (it can happen but most likely it wont); definitely he lost his credibility by putting crapcoins so high that i can't laugh watching that pic.

It is very possible, adoption is key however. The more people that buy into bitcoin, the higher the price. Market forces are in play here and logic suggests that the current run will continue as more people see the need for a decentralized currency.

I was really bit amazed on listing ETH to be on $15,000. Hahaha. I do agree on the thing you did actually said on here most of those coins listed wont still be sure if it would exist on 2 years time,how much more on next 5 years? most of them are sure dead. $20k on bitcoin is too much thinking off that we did already struggling on reaching out $5k in 8 years time how much more on $20k?

I think we won't see that price in just two years, but it's definitely an achievable price for the future, specially if we consider the halve in 2020. I think that by that time, we will see the price at least at $10k. Of course regulations will have a major impact on the price in my opinion, and some improvements to the network. If governments start accepting bitcoin as a commodity, and the network start supporting more transactions (maybe with the implementation of the LN), the price will skyrocket.

There no impossible when it comes with bitcoin we have still 2-5 years and see the big different of the price by the year pass since there are many users of bitcoin and by year pass their will be dead accounts that will haven't use anymore if they will give it to there kids maybe the new generation will continue what the legacy been started.

Probably man, you never know what can happen and when it will happen, keep every possibility in mind for it's worth it and you will get to experience it only when it becomes a reality. Still have high hopes on bitcoin and in 2 years a lot of stuff is going to happen and you definitely gonna see some drama happening.

It's not too outrageous. We've grown more percentage in a year than 400%. It's too far off to make accurate predictions though, and given how largely Bitcoin can be affected by real world events, we might end up with far more or far less.
