This guy predicts bitcoin to be $20,000 in 2 years. What do you think?

ETH prediction caught my attention. WTF $15,000 in two years? There no way that it can reach that high. Though I can see that bitcoin can possibly touch that price though. Bitcoin now is at $6100, Maybe 2018 we can touch $10,000. So its possible we can touch or even breach that price prediction. And I'm pretty sure that the one who make this prediction is a bag holder of that coins, specially those altcoins whose price seems to be unrealistic. Although in 2-3 years, there's still a lot that is going happened, but I seriously doubt that those altcoins will gain enough traction to pushed their price today to that prediction in the future. But, just for the sake of fun, let us give the guys a chance to proved his prediction.

At this stage, any speculation is possible most especially with the surprise bitcoin has displayed this year alone. Therefore, the possibility of $20,000 in 2 years cannot be discarded. There will absolutely be so many development for bitcoin in upcoming years which includes some massive adoption than what we have had so far this year. I am very optimistic!

He predict his economic analysis. He has positive thinking. That's good news but 2 years? I can't imagine for 2 years it became $20,000 per 1 btc. I was thinking 3 to 5 years bitcoin can raise the value like that. But who know 2 years can go up $20,000, we are all happy for that.

It is not even required for you to predict the value of bitcoins because obiviously the price is really increasing since there is so many miners today and everyone is investing into bitcoins so in the next years to come maybe the value of bitcoins will be doubled.

Well,  why not believe  it?  Bitcoin is very  volatile  and unpredictable that's  why for me it is possie that in the next 2 years bitcoin will hit $10,00. Japan now is doing some legality if bitcoin exchange and this is a good sign that more countries will also do the same. With this, more people will trust and invest in  bitcoin. So the higher the demand,  what will to the price then?

Why would I believe it? What would have changed about the protocol to justify a roughly 3x increase in value in less than two years? And how safe would it be to purchase into an asset like that, not knowing exactly when it would correct? The volatility is too much already. The uncertainty a speculative run of that nature would produce would make people think we were a scam, a hype, a fad. And I would have to agree. If we want this thing to last, we want everything to be slow and steady people. SHit like this (wild price growth) is the reason (among others) that the powers that be have rejected bitcoin so far.

Each people have their own thinking and prediction. There are a lot of predictions out there, Bitcoin can reach to 10k$ in next 6 months or 20k$ in next 2 years,....But in my opinion I think Bitcoin just need about 1 year to reach to 20k$ and this guy will have to change his mind ). As you can see at the early of this year people just thought that Bitcoin only can get to 3000$ at the end of this year but now is October and Bitcoin price is more than 6k$ so I think at the end of this year Bitcoin price will be more than 10k$ and reach to 20k$ at the end of next year or maybe earlier I hope so

If due to bitcoin any leading currency or financial instrument collapses, panic will begin, and bitcoin may well rise to 20,000 USD or higher in the very near future.
The problem is that if this happens, the government will begin to actively act against bitcoin, and it will quickly destroy it. I hope this does not happen and the financial system will develop steadily and predictably.

I agree with you. Although btc's current growth rate is very fast, but it is not easy to reach $ 20,000. I think it takes a long time, but it is not  mean that impossible. In the future if contraction don't happen then that depends only on time. we just wait

I personally dont think Bitcoin will hit 20k $ (and also i dont think ether will hit 15k).
Bitcoin probably will rise, yes. But not in this dimensions. If bitcoins shows some indication to be able to rise that high that fast.. it probably will get
regulatet/forbidden by governments to make sure there is not too much money out of their control.

In case of nothing unexpected happening (which would destroy BTC completely) i dont see why bitcoin should drop 10 $ in 2 years.

99% of people here won't hold to these prices. Those of you saying that everyone on here would be millionaires don't take in to account trading. Most of you suck at it. Look at the start of this year, with the price of ETH everyone should be a millionaire. But no, cause they lost money on alts, they sold before ATH etc etc. Best thing you can do is put some ETH, BTC, DASH etc on a Ledger and don't touch till Oct 2019, then you are a millionaire. Otherwise, you are posting here saying "i wish i hadn't..."

We cannot predict what would happen to bitcoin price in two years time.  So his basis for saying that is not true as we would like to believe and can be true as he predicts.  No one can predict its price since bitcoin price moves under different circumstances that us humans cannot control.  But who do not want that price?  If that would be the case, I will now start to save and keep more bitcoins than ever because I could be a millionaire after two years.
