You could use the Signature Campaign Management Bot[1] created by PrivCoin. It's currently free, so you just need to contact them with a request template found in their thread and wait for them to set up an account for you.

Hello all!

Im looking for a bot to check for my signature bounty bitcointalk campaign. Are there any for sale or do you have a better idea, please tell me.

I have a better idea for you - hire a manager to run you campaign or run it yourself. If you are willing to and determined to run a signature bounty campaign, do it manually. Yes manually and dont use a bot. There are several reasons for this:

1. Bot is not a human - only a human can differentiate from a garbage post of >300 characters (so to speak) and a constructive, quality post of within 200 characters.
2. Bots cannot recognize the farmed accounts, sold accounts which have not yet been negative rated by DT2

Above two points are enough to get the campaign banned by the forum admins

If you still want to use a Bot, you might want to integrate the SMAS blacklist in the Bot as well if you use it since its up-to-date about the current spammers in the forum, though I will never suggest you to use a bot

Since bot of privcoin was suggested already, there's another one that you can choose to. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2186977.0

So is it worth his time to configure this bot? That's what it comes down to. Gotta hire a competent human for this one I think.

A new kind of collectible... The KryptoKaps are coming... Pre-orders have shipped! Thanks everyone!

That's not recommended that you depend on this bots, of course, you have to hire an experienced signature manager who will manage the work of the bot and double check the outputs.

Bot checks for signature and removes users who change their signature, collects BTC address post count rank etc basically the stuff which a manager does, bot cannot check the quality of posts though but does make work easy for the manager.
