For me, As long as you have money to buy for bitcoins then you need to buy bitcoins. Bitcoins price is unpredictable so whatever issue it might its price is still going higher. So if I were you buy and hold it in your wallet until the price hits to the moon.

Based on my own observation the right time to buy bitcoin is when its price  go down or low it is really a great chance when its price is low because the expenses also is low and maybe it gives you a great big profit in return because we all have seened the amazing price of bitcoin from the past years till now it is really amazing.

I think bitcoin will fall $2800 again before the expected hardfork because of the split that will happen surely bitcoin may drop so that people will sell their coins or invest in bitcoin and the market will go higher for bitcoin gold and bitcoin segwit 2x

If you only care for shortterm, in my opinion buying after the bitcoin gold dip will be the best decision, if you want to long, anytime is fine because i believe the value will increase a lot in the future.

Bitcoin price is unpredictable so I cannot tell you the exact date when the price is high or low. But for me as long as you have money to invest for bitcoins then go ahead invest that before it is too late. Price and value of bitcoins is much higher will be in the near future.

I don't think so. the price will drop to $ 4500 is possible but $2800 is too low. Let's look at the last event fork, most people think the price will go down but conversely, Bitcoin price increase. i dont know that why you people ask such a type of question, every person either they do a business or work for an organization or want to make some invest, the main objectives of all these is to make profit maximize and earn money,so simply when bitcoin rate is low,then every person want to invest in it now,and when its rate becomes high, then every one want to sell it to earn money on that investment.

It's never too late to buy Bitcoin. Actually it's a perfect opportunity to buy Bitcoin because after the fork take place. Bitcoin holders will receive forked coins(which is Bitcoin Gold) after the fork. That's an automatic profits. I think the price is just like the last fork which is Bitcoin Cash (BCC/BCH) which the price is ranging to $300 a piece. Bitcoin i think will drop a bit for retrace and continue to go up to $6000 mark. Bitcoin Gold is not a serious one. People will just dump them like Bitcoin Cash. Segwit2x is what's people are waiting.
