For others, I agree that they are mid-level but not Kraken because that's one exchange that I see above others you have there. I have used HiBtc and they are quite cool. A lot of them use the voting system while they also make provision if you want to by-pass the voting system which is by paying certain amount of fees. This varies across the exchange sites you  listed here.

The best source of information is to visit their sites and see the FAQ section where they would put details on how to add a coin and if you are not clear, there is sure a way to contact support in other to know much more information about how to go about listing in their platform.

Kraken is easy to signup and trade in. But it has only a few major coins. That is the biggest drawback. I have account there, works fine.

OP isn't referring to creating an account but rather to having his/her coin listed and traded on their platform.
GDAX is coinbase who until recently didn't even accept LTC, so getting a new token on there would be quite difficult to say the least.
I think it'll be difficult to get featured on any to the sites you mentioned. Smaller exchanges have the option but I think that the ones you mentioned have their ow n system in place for deciding when to list trading partners and currencies.

HitBTC is one of my favorites in your list because I use it to exchange the tokens I get from bounties. This exchange actually supports many new ERC-20 tokens that are often listed also on EtherDelta. In addition, their rates are lower than the other exchanges. This is a great thing, especially for traders who are conscious of the fee they pay when trading.

Regarding the other exchanges you have listed, Kraken and GDAX are also good. I can say that these are not just mid-level exchanges since both are always at the top when it comes to trading volumes.

Hitbtc.com is a scamsite- beware

Gdax

WTF, 700 BTC in an exchange which has a bad repuation and usually freezes accounts, you sane? If your money is not black, you will get it eventually.

Good day everybody

I want to share information about my account in Coinbase, I have more than 700 BTC which I could not pull the funds are there, already more than one month I did not get an answer from the support, all answered by robots each email reply, my account position is currently frozen condition, I could only see the contents of the balance but could not do transactions, I've been thinking if this continues without the news this week, I will report the company's coin base to the FBI, CIA, USA investigation for committing fraud 700 BTC to me.

Coinbase is known to freeze user accounts. If you are just storing bitcoins on their site then I suggest you look into safer alterntives, such as just holding the private keys yourself in a paper wallet or a trezor wallet, especially if you are holding such a big amount of coins. You can always trust yourself more than any other person over the internet, no matter how trustworthy they may seem or how big a company they may seem.

Coinbase support is usually quite responsive, are you sure you waited a WHOLE month already?

Please post pics, or it didn't happen Wink

Bittrex has easy signup process whereas poloniex will take more steps and verification. Coinbase has easier signup process and many more pay options to buy cryptocurrency however they only offer 3 Cryptocurrencies.

probably bittrex, watch 5 min video manual (find in youtube) and you in. They have no margin trading etc, but for the start you dont need it.
